We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress SysOps professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system architecture, PHP, and Node.js, with a strong background in managing and maintaining complex WordPress applications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our web platforms.
The ideal candidate has worked in an agency-style setting, where you supported an infrastructure that served many clients (beyond internal personnel/departments). WP Multisite experience is required.
20 - 25 hours per week provides you the flexibility for other life adventures (family, enjoying life, hobbies, side projects, etc.) This position is a key role for the company, reporting to the Director of SysOps.

Omega Benefits, Inc. deploys employee benefit websites to help employees better understand their company benefits and make the best selection for their needs. Omega sites are informational only -- hosting content, documents, videos, and links to other resources, all customized to the client’s needs. We do not require registration and do not collect any information from the user.
Omega currently utilizes WP Multisite to manage hundreds of client sites with rapid growth. Omega’s business is seasonal, with 65% of business activity concentrated in the September – November period (this is the typical Open Enrollment period for employee benefits). This allows for work flexibility, infrastructure improvements, and investigating new technologies during the rest of the year.
