In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-impact WordPress websites that not only look stunning but also drive meaningful results for our clients. Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client goals and specifications.
2. Professionally collaborate with both clients and team members to deliver seamless user experiences, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are exceeded—all in a remote work setting.
3. Implement custom themes and plugins to extend website functionality.
4. Optimize websites for performance, speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and efficiently.
6. Stay current with the latest industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies.
7. Translate client needs and ideas into visually appealing, conversion-focused web pages.

Requirements

5. Proven experience as a WordPress Designer/Developer, with a strong portfolio of live sites.
6. Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
7. Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and scalable system architecture.
9. Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for creating engaging digital experiences.
10. Knowledge of plugins
11. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate professionally and effectively with both clients and internal teams.
12. Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
13. Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fully remote, fast-paced team environment.
14. Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
15. Bonus: Experience with SEO optimization, Woo Commerce, or marketing automation integrations.
