Flap Happy is one of LA’s leading designers and manufacturers of sustainable UPF 50+ swimwear and accessories for babies and kids! We’re a smaller, family-owned business of 36+ years. We’re looking for the best and friendliest wholesale, ecommerce and customer relations individual to deliver quality care for our amazing retailers and end consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Wholesale order processing, including order entry, allocations, pick tickets, invoicing and shipping using Apparel Magic
• Provide exceptional customer service to our B2B and DTC customers
• Manage and optimize our Shopify, Amazon and Faire sites as well as various drop-ship e-commerce platforms, including creating, uploading and updating product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, identifying keywords and improving SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products
• Social Media + Email Management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with apparel ERP system such as Apparel Magic, Aims, or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience with Klaviyo or other marketing/email automation platform
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller and/or Amazon Vendor platforms
• Proficiency with ShipStation
• Working knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• 2+ years experience in wholesale/ecommerce in the fashion, swim, surf or gift industry
