Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer with hands-on experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, and front-end web development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WebFlow and WordPress (including deployment on WPEngine, BlueHost, or similar platforms), and a solid understanding of modern design principles, user-centered design, and responsive web development.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop responsive, high-conversion websites using WebFlow and WordPress
2. Create visually compelling UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design and development solutions
4. Implement branding elements including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual assets
5. Customize and deploy websites on hosting platforms such as WPEngine, BlueHost, or equivalent
6. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
7. Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring functionality and modern UX standards

Skills & Requirements

1. Proven experience in UX/UI design and graphic design
2. Proficiency in WebFlow and WordPress
3. Experience deploying websites on WPEngine, BlueHost, or similar platforms
4. Familiarity with responsive web development and user-centered design principles
