Develop and implement the overarching application strategy for critical enterprise systems which builds, deploys, and maintains mission critical applications while improving accessibility and usability of its systems.

Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
• Demonstrated experience in software development with Java and UI frameworks such as Typescript, Angular, Vue, and React.
• Demonstrated experience with Section 508 requirements and WCAG 2.1 & WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative UX Research.
• Demonstrated experience with UI Design.
• Demonstrated experience with COTS accessibility issues.
• Demonstrated experience with supporting senior leaders and project managers.
• Demonstrated experience designing complete user interfaces and user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Demonstrated experience using agile/scrum development processes.
• Demonstrated experience using wire-framing tools, storyboards and user flows.
• Demonstrated experience using and establishing UI/UX design best practices.

Optional Skills

• Demonstrated experience working directly with large organization(s) with dozens of development teams in a primary role of promoting and improving accessibility.
