🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Must-Have Skills:

1. 3+ years of professional web development experience.
2. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
3. Strong backend proficiency (Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or similar).
4. Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
5. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

🎯 Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

1. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
2. Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or AI integrations.
3. UI/UX design experience (Figma, Adobe XD).
4. Google AdSense optimization expertise (high-CPC strategies).
