Einstein Industries is seeking a Sr. Digital Designer to support a small team of digital media designers. This position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various departments. This is a full-time, remote position. This position involves following project guidelines and image integration into site pages while assuring the overall design and aesthetic match. Additionally, this role will be involved in larger projects, team support & continous improvment of products & processes.

Typical daily tasks include:

• Collaborate with other production leadership to facilitate smooth delivery of projects & production flow
• Focus on product development for a range of services
• General Design Tasks
• Pulling daily task from the queue and hitting a daily set goal of projects complete.
• Choosing and formatting relevant digital assets such as videos, photos, animations, infographics, charts, tables, etc.
• Manipulating, masking, retouching, and reformatting client submitted imagery and media.
• Incorporating digital assets into client content pages using our CMS.

Basic Requirements:

• A link to your online design portfolio. This should include examples of websites that you have worked on.
• Details on which aspects of each project you personally contributed to is helpful.
• An understanding and respect for typography, white space, and visual hierarchy.
• At least 5 years of experience or a degree in a design-related field.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop.
• Competent proficiency in layout and vector tools such as sketch, figma, Illustrator, etc.
• Competent understanding of color theory.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript.
• A willingness to accept, process, and learn from critical feedback.
• The ability to prioritize multiple projects and be proactive in your task and time management.
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to implement efficient and effective systems and best practices
• Ability to quickly and intuitively learn new technologies such as Airtable
• Advanced knowledge of SEO concepts

• A strong profficiency of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
