We are working on behalf of an impressive, well-established Global recruitment firm specialising within the gas, oil and renewable energy sector.

As VP your main task will be to manage a team of 40 employees across America, therefore you will be expected to travel from office to office regularly.

The Role

• Responsible for managing all regional operations supporting the Power, Renewables and Alternative Energies sector across all service lines
• Responsible for sector growth and an increase in market share across America
• Support our clients growth strategy in Power, Renewables and Alternative Energies through contributing to the key objectives of the sales and delivery functions, and applying a consistent level of inspection and personal interaction with customers, partners, and team members in region and at a group level
• To interact closely with Colleagues and Stakeholders making sure our client stays ahead of the market as technology changes and evolves  

About You

• Already based in America or looking to relocate ASAP
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Staffing/ Recruitment Industry – preferably Power and Renewables
• Flexibility to travel as part of the role
• A seasoned professional with experience of managing a business and overseeing Senior Colleagues
• A forward-thinking individual who can positively influence others
• This is a Lead role, so a background and track record of managing a team or business is vital, as is having a strategic mindset and commercial acumen with experience of running a P&L
