Modivcare is looking for an experienced Vice President of Talent to join our team! This position is responsible for developing People & Culture programs, implementing data-driven talent strategies, and aligning strategies with business objectives to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Talent, Learning & Performance

  • Develops internal mobility programs to meet the organization’s future talent needs.
  • Implements data-driven succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Aligns talent strategies with business goals to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction and communicates the impact to stakeholders.
  • Identifies and implements initiatives that drive and strengthen company culture.
  • Oversees and designs comprehensive learning programs, focusing on leadership and manager development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Leverages engagement surveys to develop and implement action plans to improve satisfaction and engagement.
  • Utilizes digital tools, including Generative AI, and data analytics to improve talent development and training accessibility.
  • Collaborates with business units to identify development opportunities and support growth initiatives.
  • Provides training solutions that support organizational change initiatives.

Strategic Business Partner

  • Provides coaching and strategic advice to senior business leaders to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Develops and implements People & Culture strategies that strengthen strategic alignment with company objectives, providing leadership to both the business and People & Culture team.
  • Oversees field People & Culture Business Partners and provides visionary leadership to the team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Partners with People & Culture Business Partners to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Identifies and tracks People & Culture metrics to support informed business decisions.
  • Drives the People & Culture function as a service-oriented organization committed to being a partner to the business.
  • Develops and upholds policies that support diversity and inclusion across the organization.
  • Serves as a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, representing Teammate Engagement, Human Resources Business Partner, Talent, Learning, and Performance functions.
  • Manages and develops high-performing teams.
  • Collaborates on cross-functional efforts across People and Culture functions to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Fifteen (15) plus years experience.
  • Ten (10) plus years leadership responsibility leading teams.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business results through collaboration and proactive P&C leadership.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, Global Workforce Productivity, employee analytics, and demographics.
  • Strong program and project management skills; proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and relationship-building with stakeholders and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of centralized P&C functions, processes, and procedures; experience in business transformation initiatives.
  • Passion for personal growth, learning, and exceeding expectations with a focus on service and delivery.
  • Effective at delegating, leading by example, and empowering team success; capable of communicating talent development initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Skills in instructional design, learning measurement, and using tools for self-development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven talent improvement techniques
  • Understanding of organizational culture development and management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of leadership development programs and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, talent management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary: $202,300 - $283,200

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
