We’re seeking a VP-level leader for our Customer Energy Solutions product and delivery team.

The VP will prioritize delivering the highest-value solutions to our clients—the Customer Energy Solutions teams at utilities.

What Will Make You a Good Fit

Manage the Customer Energy Solutions business to achieve revenue and cost targets.

- Industry experience: You have deep experience working in or with electric, gas, dual-fuel, or water utilities. Our ideal candidate has more than 10 years of experience providing information services—whether research, analysis, or consulting solutions—to the energy industry. We would prefer a candidate with experience in energy efficiency program development, DSM knowledge, and implementation experience at or with utilities. You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field such as energy policy, engineering, economics, business (finance, strategic consulting), law, physical sciences, or social sciences.
- People management experience: You’ll manage, coach, and support the development of team members in a culturally appropriate fashion.
- A passion for product positioning: You’re a product professional with an impressive track record of delivering use-case-driven and customer-focused products. Your portfolio of products has achieved high retention and growth rates, and you continually encourage your team to develop the highest-value customer offerings while meeting strict quality standards. We’d prefer a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in managing a product portfolio.

You believe two brains are better than one, and you proactively seek support, advice, and guidance from others. You’re proficient at working across multiple teams to accomplish large and small goals.

That novel approach defined the art of electric end-use efficiency—better known as energy efficiency. The budgeted salary for this position is $144,000 to $192,000 (includes base salary + annual bonus). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This person can work remote, a hybrid schedule, or from one of our physical office locations.
