Job Description:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Visual Designer within the Kraft Heinz Design team- you will work cross-functionally to deliver flawless visual design- brand strategy- and brand/UI design system contributions across a series of dynamic- agile teams. You look for the narrative thread across each point of engagement to construct a robust and interconnected set of visual stories that inspire our teams to think differently- and help position Kraft Heinz at the forefront of digital transformation. You are joining the Design practice during a period of high growth and will help to accelerate the current momentum by building critical partnerships across Innovation- Portfolio Management- Digital Revolution- IT- HR- Employee Experience- and many others.

 

You are a natural self-starter- thriving in an environment which grants full autonomy to put your mark on critical design artifacts. You will partner with and support senior members of the team to help develop- inform- and evangelize new design strategies across the org- project types and points of engagement.

 

You will:

  • Engage with and manage relationships with stakeholders from multi-functional teams.
  • Clearly balance design deliverables through the lens of business strategy- impact- and value.
  • Leverage research- gather first-person insights and collaborate with parallel teams when building out presentations- mocks- concepts- and prototypes for review- stakeholder signoff and handoff to engineering.
  • Demonstrate excellence in presenting designs and defending solutions with cross-functional audiences.
  • Deliver flawless creative across a variety of media/channels : Powerpoint- InDesign- email templates- video- Illustrator- Figma- Photoshop- PowerPlatform.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in creative/strategic design roles and evangelizing
  • Is a critical- confident and clear voice for design-centered thinking within Kraft Heinz
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Confident presenting- verbally defending and compromising on design solutions- embracing an agile- iterative approach to excellence when necessary
  • Has a deep-rooted ability to empathize with users
  • Proven experience solutioning and prototyping- across devices- frameworks- platforms- responsive states etc.
  • Able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong self-starter who thrives with autonomy
  • Experienced in Figma- Adobe Creative Suite- PowerPlatform
