The right candidate will have:
- Superb design instincts and the ability to quickly and precisely execute for digital channels
- Experience with digital ad formats (social media, programmatic display, mobile conversion-focused landing pages, etc.)
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile first approach
- Experience with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG 2.0 web accessibility standards
- Experience managing a testing roadmap and learning log
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and high work standards
- Effective collaborator and ability to thrive through change
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with professionals of all levels, and comfort with presenting creative concepts
- Knowledge of trends in digital acquisition, design, and brand in banking/finance and other industries
- Experience with applying and maintaining brands
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or communication
- 3+ years proven work experience in UX visual design or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of creative software and web production tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and Axure
- Deep understanding of web management and optimization tools, including Sitecore, Salesforce, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.
- Working knowledge of project management and office software
- Knowledge of animation and video editing tools a plus
- Experience working within both agile and waterfall IT development environments a plus
