Vice President, Marketing

The Vice President, Marketing at Fuze Health will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for two critical, parallel objectives: building a world-class marketing function that drives commercial growth, and defining and launching the new Fuze Health corporate brand. This is a pivotal role charged with both unifying the distinct legacies of our acquired companies into a single, category-defining identity, while also addressing the near-term priority of building a scalable marketing engine to support our commercial teams. The ideal candidate will be a master brand-builder and a commercially-minded marketing strategist with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. By balancing brand leadership with marketing execution, this leader will establish our company’s identity and voice in the marketplace while also delivering the campaigns, programs, and strategies needed to accelerate growth and position Fuze Health as the undisputed leader in digitally-enabled healthcare.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with Fuze Health's business objectives, drives revenue growth, increases customer engagement, and enhances our market position.
  2. Brand Strategy & Architecture: Architect and execute the global brand strategy for the newly formed Fuze Health. Lead the effort to define and solidify our brand identity, positioning, messaging framework, and voice to resonate with key audiences including patients, providers, health plans, employers, and life sciences partners. Unify the brand identities of the legacy companies into one powerful and distinctive market presence.
  3. Brand Launch & Activation: Develop and orchestrate the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Fuze Health brand launch. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and impactful launch across all internal and external channels, creating significant market momentum.
  4. Product Marketing: Partner closely with Product and Commercial leadership to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for Fuze Health’s portfolio of solutions, ensuring our product messaging aligns with the master brand and addresses competitive positioning.
  5. Creative & Content Direction: Serve as the chief steward of the brand, overseeing the creative development of all brand assets, including the company website, sales collateral, advertising campaigns, and content. Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  6. Digital Marketing: Define overall digital marketing strategy and manage all digital initiatives, including website optimization, social media strategy, email marketing, and content marketing.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team across brand, product marketing, demand generation, communications, and digital. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  8. Customer Insights: Lead market research efforts to gather critical insights on customer preferences, behaviors, and trends using data driven approaches.
  9. Budget & Performance Management: Develop and manage the comprehensive marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics systems to measure brand health, campaign performance, and ROI.
  10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, C-Suite, Sales, Corporate Communications, HR, and Product organizations, ensuring marketing efforts are fully integrated and aligned with company-wide goals. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and partners.


Required Experience & Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Marketing, with at least 8-10 years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-disciplinary marketing functions.
  2. Direct, hands-on experience leading post-merger & acquisition (M&A) brand strategy and development. This includes a proven track record of integrating several major, distinct corporate brands into a single, unified market identity and establishing a brand architecture built to accommodate future acquisitions.
  3. Proven, demonstrable track record of building and launching a category-defining brand from the ground up, preferably within the healthcare, health-tech, life sciences, or digital health industries.
  4. Demonstrated expertise across the full marketing mix, including demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  5. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by demonstrating adaptability, flexibility and comfort managing through ambiguity.
  6. Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building, inspiring, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  7. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate marketing activities into clear business outcomes and revenue impact.
  8. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  9. Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry (e.g., HIPAA).
  10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.

The compensation range for this position is $220,000-$270,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
