Korn Ferry has partnered with a prominent East Coast law firm in a search for a Venture Capital/Growth Equity Associate. This associate will represent early- and late-stage investments, providing practical guidance on a full range of operational, formation, investment, and liquidity.

This hired associate can work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

Represent venture capital firms, family offices and other growth investors in start-up, early-stage and growth capital investments, and in the formation, organization and operation of venture capital funds. In addition, this associate will represent growth-oriented companies in matters including financing transactions, compensation and benefits issues, tax issues, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, and governance issues.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 or more years of venture capital and growth equity corporate experience
• Admission to any State Bar
• Obtained JD from a top-tier law school

COMPENSATION

• $235K-$320K base salary, depending on JD year status, plus bonus
