MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the North America Fragrance Team, in the role of V.I.E - Fragrance Marketing Executive, you will assist the North America Senior Marketing Manager on Cartier Fragrances 360° Marketing strategies with key local specialists’ partners (Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus…) and for Cartier boutiques, from action plan implementation to performance analysis. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months and ideally starts in November 2023 depending on visa requirements, the position is based in New-York.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• MARKETING STRATEGY DEFINITION & IMPLEMENTATION
• Participate in 360° launch plans definition for key launches
• Define Cartier boutique eventing & client experience strategy and coordinate execution
• Manage and execute various fragrance activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Participate in new distribution expansion plan in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager
• Follow-up and update the Marketing and Trade plan
• Liaise directly with HQ to share marketing and trade plans

• EXECUTE ACTION PLANS WITH LOCAL SPECIALISTS’ PARTNERS
• Prepare seasonal market meetings and other key commercial presentations through the year
• Provide retailers with all necessary trade marketing tools
• Assist Trainer Account Executive in adapting training materials received from HQ
• Ensure a specific business and operational follow-up for flagships and focus doors

• VISUAL MERCHANDISING
• Collaborate with local Visual Merchandising team on Cartier Boutiques visual needs and projects

• BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
• Create ad-hoc business analysis and recaps (sales analysis, monthly reports for HQ…)
• Track and analyze competition local initiatives
• Spend 1-2 days on the field per month (Visual Merchandising follow-up, competition…).

As a Fragrance Marketing Executive, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. • You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• You already had similar professional experiences in Product Management in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry, ideally on the Cosmetics / Fragrances category;
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, French is a plus;
• You prove eagerness to learn, a high sense of curiosity and willingness to stretch your skillset;
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace;
• You express your creative mind with a high aesthetic sense;
• You own good organizational skills, you are on top of your tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties;
• You own strong analytical skills and rigor, and have an expert Microsfot Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), some knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (such as PowerBI) is a plus;
• You are highly collaborative and love to work in an international environment;

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US

• Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position and motivations;

• Subsequently, you will be meeting with the International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;
