Healthmine is seeking a UX Writer to join our product and engagement team. In this role, you’ll be able to create compelling copy that aligns with our user-centered design principles and our tone. From product names and tutorials to error messages, your writing will guide our users through a seamless experience.

Working closely with multiple internal teams, you’ll be the point person for ensuring consistency and clarity. If you have a talent for writing clear, engaging copy and a passion for improving user experience, we’d love to hear from you. This role reports to the Manager, Content Experience in Product and Engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Write and edit UX copy for new features, including product names, navigational elements, and error messages.
• Create content guidelines for design system components.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Success teams to balance user needs with business goals.
• Document and maintain copywriting guidelines and style guides.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in writing UX copy within a user-centric design process.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in American English.
• Experience with Figma for writing and editing copy.
• Proven ability to work with multiple teams.
• Independent worker in a fast-paced, completely remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, writing for a design system, content strategy, and user research.
• Second bonus: accessible during business hours to ensure timely collaboration with internal team members.
