Job Description:

1. Experienced Developer needed to help with migration project to migrate away fromRich Faces 3.3 to modern and widely adopted UI technologies, including Java andJQuery
2. Our organization currently relies on an extensive enterprise application that utilizesRichFaces 3.3, an outdated and unsupported UI framework. The maintenance and
3. future development of this application are becoming increasingly challenging due toCompatibility issues, security vulnerabilities, and limited community support forRichFaces 3.3. To ensure the long-term sustainability, maintainability, and securityof our application, a strategic initiative has been planned to migrate away fromRichFaces 3.3 to modern and widely adopted UI technologies, including Java and jQuery.

Objectives:

The primary objectives of this migration project are:

1. Modernization: Replace RichFaces 3.3 components with modern UI technologies
2. to enhance user experience, improve application performance, and align with
3. Current industry standards.
4. Compatibility and Support: Ensure compatibility with current and future versions
5. of Java and related frameworks, as well as ongoing community support for

Maintained technologies.

1. Security and Compliance: Address security vulnerabilities associated withOutdated technologies and ensure compliance with organizational securitystandards and regulations.
2. To successfully execute this critical migration project, we propose the hiring of three

Positions. Qualifications include:

1. Experience migrating from a RichFaces 3.3 environment.
2. Proficiency in Java, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
3. Experience in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and usability testing.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex

Required Skills

1. Should have Experience migrating from a RichFaces 3.3 environment.(5yrs)
2. Should have strong experience in Proficiency in Java, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.(5yrs)
3. Experience in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and usability testing.
4. Required 5 Years Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.(5yrs)
