Role Overview

We are seeking a UI Developer with a passion for building clean, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces. As part of our AI & Innovation team, you will transform complex AI-driven capabilities into intuitive experiences that users love. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and AI engineers to prototype, develop, and refine UI components that bring our AI products to life.

This role also emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, etc.) to accelerate coding, improve efficiency, and explore new creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI Development: Design, build, and optimize web-based user interfaces for AI-driven applications and platforms.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into responsive, production-ready code.
3. Integration: Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to connect UI components with APIs and data pipelines.
4. AI-Enhanced Development:
5. Use AI coding assistants to accelerate prototyping, automate repetitive tasks, and generate boilerplate code.
6. Apply AI tools to refactor, debug, and optimize code, while ensuring maintainability.
7. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven developer tools that can improve team workflows.
8. Performance & Accessibility: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
9. Innovation: Experiment with modern UI frameworks and visualization tools to enhance user experiences for AI-driven insights.
10. Quality Assurance: Write clean, reusable code with strong testing practices to ensure stability and reliability across devices.
11. Documentation & Standards: Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI development best practices within the global team.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3–5 years of front-end or UI development experience, ideally within product development, AI, or data-rich applications.
2. Technical Skills:
3. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
4. Strong experience with React (preferred) or other modern frameworks (Next.js, Vue, Angular).
5. Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
6. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
7. Knowledge of visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, or similar) a plus.
8. AI Development Tools:
9. Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, Codeium) in day-to-day development.
10. Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.
11. Familiarity with prompt engineering for developer tools to maximize output quality.
12. Design Awareness: Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and maintain pixel-perfect implementations.
13. Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating seamless user experiences.
14. Tools: Experience with Git, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), and collaboration platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
15. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
