• We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the community to raise awareness, promote initiatives, and drive support for our organization. This position involves interacting with individuals through various outreach methods to convey our message effectively.

**Qualifications:**

• The job requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in political campaigning and/or election campaigns is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to collect and analyze data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Must be willing to travel within the United States, and may be reassigned to a different campaign location if necessary
• Willingness to go door-to-door or canvass in public areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Ability to work outside in varying climates
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion
• Travel may be required
• Zero restrictions to being in the direct elements like the heat of the sun or chill of the wind

**Responsibilities:**

• The ideal candidate should be able to conduct door-to-door and telephone canvassing, and other campaign activities to get out the vote and increase voter turnout for our candidate
• Contact people and groups to educate them about our candidate and campaign
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and telephone canvassing to get-out-the-vote
• Analyze data and use it to refine the canvassing strategy
• Assist with other campaign activities as needed
• Promote a political campaign or advocacy organization’s message to voters or the public
• Go door-to-door or canvass in public areas to engage with citizens and gather support
• Collect data on voter or public engagement and feedback
• Report to the Field Director and work as part of a team to achieve campaign or advocacy goals
• All supplies will be provided
• Find ways to connect with the community
• Door-to-door customer relationship building
• Report daily results to field management
• Attend all meetings, training opportunities, and work closely with the support team

**Compensation:**

• Pay based upon performance: 180 doors knocked upon per day = $150.00 per day + housing, flight, and rental car all provided by the company depending on campaign and location.
