Here is what you will be doing:

• Help maintain inventory of supplies and/or shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
• Perform job safety analyses (JSA's) and safety meetings
• Attend communication meetings and safety training as scheduled
• Assist in rebar loading and unloading by applying dunnage, straps, and cables.
• Ability to stack and wrap palletized products

Requirements of a successful Laborer:

• High School or GED
• Read, write, speak, and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Environmental awareness

Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:

• Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat and cold) Ability to handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment
• Ability to climb on and off the equipment
• Ability to work extended hours if needed; This includes evenings and weekends
