Job Overview:

We’re searching for a creative TikTok Content Creator/ Strategist who is passionate about content creation and building digital communities. This role reports into the VP of Brand Marketing and will collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to strengthen Azazie’s digital footprint and brand equity. This role is equally strategic, creative, and executional and requires a flexible can-do attitude. This is a great opportunity to build a brand’s social platform from the ground up.

*Must be comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when creating content.

*This is a freelance position that will require at least 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work closely with fellow social team members and key internal stakeholders to develop engaging social media strategies and campaigns that support key business initiatives, build brand awareness, and acquire new followers.
• Conceptualize, capture, and edit short form social media content highlighting Azazie’s products
• Develop Azazie’s TikTok strategy
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and campaign reports on key social KPIs
• Analyze social media data on a weekly basis to understand what our audience responds to and provide optimization recommendations
• Maintain your pulse on trends, pop culture, current events, competitors, and social media best practices and identify emerging moments Azazie can participate in
• Execute viral content for the brand to acquire new followers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of personal or professional experience in social media and content creation with progressive results
• Passion for social media, pop culture, and current trends
• Strong foundational knowledge of social media platforms: Tiktok specific
• Willingness to learn and test new strategies and ideas
• Detail-oriented and quality-obsessed
• Driven to stay up-to-date with fast-paced social media landscape and continually upgrade current skill set
• A true team player - responsible and reliable
• Comfortable in front and behind the camera.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
