Our client who specializes in port operation services is seeking an operations manager. This person will be managing and supervising employees of all phases of operations.

Duties

• All decisions related to recruitment, scheduling of personnel.
• Prepare productivity reports
• Adhere to safety guidelines of all operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years related to union labor
• 2+ years of employee supervision, planning and allocation experience
• BA/BS in Marine Administration, operations management, transportation or engineering

Compensation: Up to 100K + Bonus and amazing benefits
