Broadridge is Hiring! We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team temporarily to support the creation of comprehensive user documentation for our SEC tagging and filing platform, Transform. If you enjoy translating complex technical information into clear and concise content, and you are looking for a project-based opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand the intricacies and functionalities of the Transform platform.
2. Create a detailed and user-friendly manual to guide users in navigating and utilizing the platform effectively.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information about the platform features and updates.
4. Ensure adherence to Broadridge’s quality standards and consistency across all documentation.
5. Revise and edit content as new updates or platform features are introduced.
6. Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner for various audiences.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
3. Proven ability to document complex software platforms, ideally in the SEC filing or financial services domain.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and content creation tools.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hourly range $45-50/hr

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
