Piper Companies has a Technical Writer opportunity with a renowned provider of outsourced Network Operation Center Services (NOC) located in Cary, NC. The Technical Writer will be responsible for documenting processes, capturing product design information, and recording details about the current software code base and other internal workings. This role will play a crucial part in preserving valuable knowledge as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities - Technical Writer:

• Work with VP of development to gain insights into the inner workings of the organizations' products and services
• Document and record information about product design, processes, code base, and other technical aspects
• Produce documentation, including technical specs, user manuals, and other relevant materials
• Review and edit existing documentation

Requirements - Technical Writer:

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a Technical Writer
• Proficiency using documentation tools and software such as MS Work, Markdown, and/or Confluence
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working a Hybrid onsite work scheduled (Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Compensation - HPC Systems Administrator:

• $40,000-$50,000 Annually
