This role is remote-based - ideal candidate must live near a major airport in the OK, KS, Midwest regions .
Position Overview
We are searching for a Sr. Technical Services Rep to serve as first point of contact and the go-to resource for our casings customers for order escalations and production process concerns. You will provide technical support and consult customers on recommendations for corrective actions while collaborating internally with RD, Sales, and Quality to identify remedies.
We are looking for someone who loves to travel, as in this role, you will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot equipment and processes and determine root cause. Your technical expertise, lab and manufacturing experience will give you the right foundation and skillset to be successful. Ideal candidate will have experience writing technical reports, building and expanding customer relationships and has strong follow up skills. This is a fantastic opportunity with a growth path into technical sales.
