Position: Technical Contend Specialist (Job id – CFNJP00051085)

Location: San Diego CA 92130 (100% Remote)

Duration: 12 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Cloud experience a few years the Technical Marketing resource is responsible for the creation of IT, security, and technical content, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and work with cross-functional teams in accordance with the highest quality standards for commercial excellence. This role supports the IT needs of the US Region Sales and HIT teams for responses to technical questions related to the MMS solutions including Alaris, Pyxis, and HealthSight platforms. Requests may be in the form of full technical assessments, RFPs, contract language, general customer questions or other technical support as needed.




  1. Works cross-functionally with product and information security to ensure product security whitepapers security are current and available with product releases
  2. Other responsibilities as assigned.
  3. Qualifications:
  4. Cloud experience or certification
  5. Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience
  6. Technical IT training
  7. Project management experience
  8. Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines
  9. Excellent writing skills, the ability to assimilate technical information from various sources into an accurate, customer facing response
  10. Driven by desire to assist and support
  11. Strong customer centric perspective
  12. looking for 5-10 years experience
