The Talent Management Coordinator is a vital member of our Talent Management team, responsible for providing essential administrative support throughout the talent management cycle and other talent related initiatives. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of talent management, development, and retention programs within Lennar. The Talent Management Coordinator will support the Senior Manager of Talent Management in ensuring all programs are effectively executed from a strategic and logistical standpoint.
Responsibilities:
We are open to considering recent graduates within Industrial Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Management.
Training Program Support:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of leadership development programs and events
- Coordinate logistics for leadership workshops, seminars, and training sessions
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training effectiveness
Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes
- Support the documentation of performance feedback and goal-setting meetings
- Maintain performance management records and documentation
Engagement and Development:
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement events and surveys
- Collect feedback and analyze data to drive improvements
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Administrative Excellence:
- Provide administrative assistance for talent management programs
- Assist with documentation, data collection, and reporting
Communication:
- Maintain program calendars and ensure timely communication with program participants and facilitators
Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize HR software and databases to manage program related information and processes efficiently

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in HR or talent management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze talent metrics and make data-backed decisions
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent initiatives with business objectives
Working Conditions
