We are looking for someone with experience in Construction Management with knowledge of managing the daily on site operations of multiple jobsites, building codes, building and MEP systems, project management, and project scheduling. Ensures a safe environment, hold weekly safety tailgate meetings and insure that 2H and OSHA safety standards are being met.  Able to resolve issues on a daily basis, and cost control conscious.  Superintendent is responsible for handling multiple projects for coordination of construction trades from start to completion of construction projects at all phases in an efficient and timely manner and able to meet all deadlines.  Able to read and interpret blue prints, attend weekly project meetings and insure that action items are carried out.  Responsible for adequate noise and dust control and project quality control, order necessary materials for jobs, and keep track of time and materials. Commercial tenant improvement and public works experience desired.  Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
