company with an emphasis on business to business (B2B) support and 3rd

party receivable recovery.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic and Revenue Growth

  1. Increase revenue, margins, and profit across all lines of business.
  2. Identify and develop relationships with potential partners and clients to drive business growth.
  3. Use analytics to monitor and optimize revenue streams, marketing performance, and sales strategies.
  4. Design and implement customer retention strategies and maintain high client satisfaction metrics.
  5. Work with C Level Exec to execute strategy and grow the business


Leadership and Culture

  1. Champion company culture and mentor high-potential employees to support the company’s leadership pipeline.
  2. Train and motivate the teams; organize team roles and evaluating employee performance.
  3. Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.


Marketing and Sales Alignment

  1. Lead advanced marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, and content strategies to amplify the brand presence.
  2. Work with sales and marketing teams to help set and meet daily quarterly and annual goals.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  1. 5+ years of experience in managing people/teams/as supervisor preferred
  2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Experience in Sales and Marketing
  5. Tech-savvy; comfortable use of technology across multiple applications such as Microsoft including Excel
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and to initiate new processes and procedures
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors and upper-level management
  9. Wants to learn, grow and advance with the company; ability to work a remote PST schedule
