SUMMARY

We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and highly motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our North America finance team, the role will be based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

With exciting and ambitious growth plans the business is looking strengthen its Treasury team by appointing a high-caliber, technically strong, Senior Treasury Analyst. This is a highly visible position with regular interaction with the business development, divisional and Group finance teams, in a fast- paced environment.

Reporting into the Controller you will take ownership of the US Treasury function, day to day operations and month end process and partner with the finance team across the two key business units. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Group Treasurer based in London as well as supporting the Deputy Group Treasurer in the implementation of a Treasury Management System across the Group.



RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for the verification of all Treasury back-office daily activities including the processing of all cash transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Responsible for ensuring all back-office reporting is completed including monthly US bank reconciliations
  • Ensure that Group counterparty, liquidity and investment policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
  • Responsible for preparation of weekly cash projection reports
  • Review and monitor the daily maturities report and approve their settlement process
  • Review and settle all inter-company invoices
  • Partner with legal and the business development team for all Letters of Credit and Trade Finance requirements
  • Working with relationship banks to ensure transactions are settled to support regular Treasury activity and ad hoc transactions
  • Responsible for fraud monitoring



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Qualified/part qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Part to full ACT qualification preferred
  • Proven experience in treasury back office, cash pooling, settlements, regulatory reporting, banking administration and confirmations
  • Proven business acumen and exposure to operational transactions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly IT literate with advanced excel skills
  • Good team player.
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to interact with all levels in the Business
