We want to talk to you! Color Health is looking for a senior digital marketer to help drive growth and acceleration across the business. Our ideal candidate has a background working across multiple digital functions such as marketing automation, paid media, web, and campaign orchestration. They should have experience using enterprise-level marketing automation, CRM, and CMS tools. The successful candidate is adept at developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, either by planning and executing themselves or by planning and executing through agency partners. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager has the experience and expertise to build a roadmap, drive it, and communicate it to peers, cross-functional stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives. How You’ll Contribute:

  • Own Color’s email marketing end-to-end, including building and optimizing nurture and one-off email strategy and execution
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing stakeholders to understand program needs; plan and implement cross-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Work with Color’s agency partner to plan, execute, measure, and report on paid media programs
  • Make basic updates to and build pages from templates for Color’s website
  • Continually test and learn to optimize marketing programs with data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate across all Marketing functions, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, and IT
  • Communicate program recommendations and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Report on all programs in terms of MQLs and pipeline driven; ensure programs are structured in a way that they can be pulled into dashboards
  • Be familiar with Color’s CRM, including building campaign objects, and stay generally close to reporting on leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in digital demand generation, learn on the job, and apply learnings to future ‘art of the possible program ideas

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 7+ years experience working in B2B marketing
  • 4+ years experience working with enterprise marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua preferred)
  • 3+ years experience designing, building, and launching successful enterprise B2B digital marketing programs, specifically lead generation and lead nurture programs
  • 3+ years experience working with enterprise CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to pivot and problem solve
  • Proven ability to build relationships with several cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to build programs to acquire, nurture, and accelerate growth
  • Knowledge of email paid media, and web best practices, and experience implementing A/B testing methodologies

Nice To Have:

  • Experience migrating to or standing up a new marketing automation platform
  • 1+ years experience as a marketing automation administrator
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and operational acumen
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, Tableau, and other BI tools
