The Sr. Designer is responsible for designing a variety of visually appealing, innovative, and original graphic materials across various channels. Channels includes social media campaigns, print and digital advertising, website visuals, video content, event signage and flyers, presentations and educational materials. This role will collaborate closely with a variety of teams to develop creative assets for various marketing channels ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand identity.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and develops original graphic design solutions from concept to completion for a variety of marketing materials including direct mail, email, web banners, etc. using photo/video-editing software
- Maintains and enforces brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms
- Creates and develops Facebook and YouTube static, motion graphic and video ads using graphics design software
- Implements user-centric design principles to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly and effective in achieving campaign objectives
- Communicates and coordinates with marketing team members and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects at once while owning the delivery of design outputs
- Ensures visual and written brand integrity of content to create a cohesive look and feel across all graphic applications
- Manages multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through production which may include sourcing or creating pictures or video content while meeting deadlines and communicating progress
- Creates storyboards and mock ups to visualize the completed project
- Pitches ideas and the creative vision and communicates the project outline to other members of the design/creative/marketing team
- Stays up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and consumer preferences to ensure company designs remain fresh and competitive
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be strong in designing for social media, direct mail, email and web.
- Extensive experience required with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as video editing and motion graphics software
- Must be able to demonstrate creativity, technical design, and sensibility for graphics, typography and layout with a deep understanding of marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
- Must have experience creating graphic content for national brands (D2C, B2C and B2B preferred)
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
- Experience in marketing for home services industry
