Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) International Headquarters is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Spiritual Education to join our dynamic team. Committed to upholding our spiritual principles and values, this position presents an opportunity for individuals with a deep understanding of new-thought spiritual education, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fostering personal and collective growth. As the Manager of Spiritual Education, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our educational programs, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to the realization of our organization's spiritual vision and mission.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Program Development:

o Supervise and enhance education in the areas of certification, online, practitioner, and professional development, including Education Uplift, and Spiritual Living Circles programs.

o Collaborate with the Senior Director of Education to evolve existing programs.

o Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative courses aligned with the organization's spiritual vision.

· Personnel Management:

o Lead a team of employees and contractors, including the Global Services education liaison to facilitate Spanish language education initiatives

o Manage staffing, scheduling and training of team, providing guidance and support in alignment with spiritual principles.

· Financial Stewardship:

o Develop and manage budgets for the Spiritual Education department.

o Ensure financial transparency and accountability in all educational initiatives.

o Ensure timely payment of instructors.

· Interdepartmental Collaboration:

o Liaise with other CSL departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.

o Align Spiritual Education activities with the broader vision, mission, and purpose of the organization.

 

Qualifications

 

· Proven experience in spiritual education, online teaching, and curriculum development, required.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, in a spiritually oriented environment preferred.

· Demonstrating a deep understanding and commitment to spiritual principles, required.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.

· Exceptional organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple educational programs simultaneously

· Strong multitasking and time management skills, capable of independent and remote work.

· Commitment to contribute creative and innovative ideas for the evolution of the organization and continuous improvement of spiritual education offerings.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey spiritual teachings effectively.

· Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Salesforce and Moodle are preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

· Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data and undergo a background screening.

 

Working Hours, Compensation and Benefits

 

Hours: This is a 30-hour (FTE) week position. Working hours may be determined with your supervisor but should generally fall within the 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time Zone workday.

 

Location: The position is remote, and the successful candidate must maintain a dedicated and secure workspace, ensuring reliable internet connectivity.

 

Compensation: Based on a pay range of $55,000-$65,000 annually; commensurate with experience and expertise.

 

Benefits: Eligibility for insurance and pension benefits after completion of thirty (30) days employment. Workers Compensation Insurance is available beginning on the first day of employment.
