Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in their industry, is seeking a Specialist in Change & Communications to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Data & Reporting Portfolio within Our Award Winning Client's Transformation team, you will play a critical role in crafting communication deliverables to ensure stakeholders are well-informed of pertinent information and updates. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the portfolio communication roadmap, collaborating with the broader Change & Communications Team, and developing and maintaining content. We are seeking an individual who is exceptionally detail-oriented, possesses strong project management skills, and demonstrates proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Portfolio's Communication Roadmap: Offer expertise and insights to establish the cadence and content of communications. Regularly update the roadmap to align with evolving portfolio needs.
- Collaborate and Integrate Portfolio Communication Roadmap with Change & Communications Team: Ensure cohesive messaging across the Portfolio and Projects by collaborating with the Elevate change team.
- Change Management: Utilize expertise to manage team velocity and capacity for change, ensuring effective implementation while mitigating "change fatigue" among stakeholders.
- Content Development: Employ creativity and business acumen to effectively communicate Portfolio content through various channels such as newsletters, webpages, meetings, and training materials.
- Content Management: Develop and implement a taxonomy to track and manage communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging across platforms.
- Training Support: Develop and support necessary training programs associated with portfolio initiatives and application implementation.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency with communication tools and platforms such as Word, PoliteMail, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus!
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, or related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in business writing and editing (e.g., newspaper, magazine, website, corporate communications).
- 2-4 years' experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function.
Additional Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
