What you’ll do:

• Create a customer-centric spa environment that fosters employee excellence and embodies professional service.
• Hire, train, develop, and mentor all team members.
• Achieve sales targets and grow membership size.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Efficiently track staff schedules to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
• Effectively manage inventory.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits.

About you:

Have 3+ years of experience in the salon, spa, retail, upscale fitness, or hospitality industry.

Able to achieve sales targets and enjoy building a successful and inspired sales team that achieves their targets.

Possess a passion for promoting the benefits of massage, skincare, and wellness.

Able to maintain a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

What we can offer:

• Annual base salary of $45,000 – $55,000
