Software Property Manager - Junior

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Property Management processes, warehouse process assessments, and Supply Chain Management Reviews.
• Provide scheduled and ad hoc Property Management assessments, reports, briefings.
• Conduct Report of Survey Actions, Found on Post Reports, and provide supplemental information.
• Prepare and conduct Property Officer training and maintain related records.
• Evaluate Property Management Risks and internal control processes.
• Facilitate property turn in processes.
• Provide warehouse inventory reports for stock managers and process transfer as needed.
• Manage warehouse Project codes.
• Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT logistics, property management, and related processes.
• Produce IT logistics and property management analyses using SAP suite.
• Work with property system developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating property management tool development and sustainment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience relating to property management across large scale IT domains.
• Experience with SAP suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Can work individually and as part of a team; self-starter.
• Associates degree; however experience can be substituted for the degree.

Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI Counter-Intelligence (CI) Polygraph required to be considered for this position.
