🛠️ What You’ll Do

1. Lead and support the development, integration, testing, and deployment of reliable software solutions.
2. Collaborate on designing scalable systems that align with evolving business needs.
3. Drive key projects involving Systematics applications (GN/IM/RM/MA) using Agile methodologies.
4. Translate complex requirements into technical solutions with strong system analysis.
5. Contribute to large-scale application transformation and modernization efforts.
6. Champion engineering best practices across performance, scalability, and maintainability.

✅ What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (post-internship).
3. Strong background in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and IBM mainframes.
4. Experience with Easytrieve, DYL, and mainframe utilities like SORT, IDCAMS.
5. Skilled in both batch and CICS program development.
6. Proficiency in SQL, database management, or automated testing tools is a plus.
7. Clear, confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset.

💵 Compensation

$144,200 – $164,600 annually (depending on experience)
