Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to lead a team of application developers through the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, security, and testing. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, manage production operations, and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all aspects of software delivery: design, development, testing, and maintenance.
2. Work closely with IT project management to meet schedules and budgets.
3. Manage technical projects, ensuring solutions are efficient, maintainable, and secure.
4. Lead analysis of business systems for cost-effective solutions.
5. Maintain operating procedures and security policies, ensuring adherence to project management guidelines.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Development Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of full-stack web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET Core).
3. Experience with Microsoft Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
4. Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
5. Experience in Unit Testing, TDD, PHP scripting, and mobile app development.
6. Strong UI/UX design knowledge and usability.
7. Experience managing Jira workloads.
