Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Basic video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content
- Ability to proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track social media performance
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
