Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence, manage our digital marketing efforts, and help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven professional who understands the machining and manufacturing industry—or is eager to learn!

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
2. Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, write engaging posts, and create video content that highlights Global CNC's products, events, and company culture.
3. Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a marketing plan to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales.
4. Website & SEO: Maintain and update website content, optimize for SEO, and analyze traffic trends.
5. Email Marketing: Develop and send email campaigns to customers, distributors, and prospects.
6. Trade Shows & Events: Support event planning, booth design, and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events.
7. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and brand positioning.
3. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
4. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
5. Excellent writing and communication skills.
6. Bonus: Experience in manufacturing, machining, or industrial marketing.
