Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Design and implement social media strategies that align with the client’s goals and reflect the nuances of finance, legal, and non-profit communications.
- Content Leadership: Craft clear, compelling, and compliant copy for social media posts, campaigns, and multimedia assets across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and stakeholder trust.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure content adheres to the client’s brand voice, visual standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Audience Engagement: Build and nurture online communities through thoughtful engagement, timely responses, and proactive communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics to optimize performance, guide content strategy, and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborative Coordination: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Compliance, and Creative—to deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for clients in Finance, Legal, or Non-Profit sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing copy-led campaigns and creative execution.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with accuracy and creativity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven content creation is a significant advantage.
