Job Title: Social Media Manager (Remote, Contract)

About Us:Key Concepts Marketing is a La Vernia-based agency entering its sixth year of business. We’re growing quickly and looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented social media manager to support a variety of client accounts.

What You’ll Do:

1. Create monthly content calendars using provided rubrics and brand guidelines
2. Write clear, engaging captions for a range of industries
3. Design social media graphics
4. Stay current on trends and best practices (paid training available)
5. Follow internal workflows and meet deadlines in project management software
6. Respond to emails within 24 hours on business days
7. Attend quarterly virtual team meetings (encouraged but not required)

Details:

1. Flexible hours (must be available for occasional daytime communication)
2. 100% remote
3. 1099 contract | Estimated 20–35 hours/month
4. Pay based on experience
5. All necessary software is provided

Requirements:

1. Experience with Canva and CapCut
2. Self-starter with strong time management
3. NDA and non-compete agreement required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
