Job Description:

Are you lightning quick when it comes to getting your ideas into the digital universe and the feeds of millions? If so, then maybe you are our next Social Media Content Manager. This person will work in a very fluid fast-paced, uber creative environment. As an integral part of a creative team, the SMCM will work directly with Social Media Creators, Community Managers, Account Executives and Creative Directors to create content and move our clients brands forward by engaging them in the social discourse. We seek to make our clients more relevant, thought-provoking, and indelibly linked to their audiences, communities, fans, and customers. Your role in this team is to create the kind of content that welcomes people into a relationship with our client’s brand—to create a strong, believable connection which will foster a long-term two-way relationship. Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, write plan and execute social content across all major platforms.
  • Manage the flow of social content across teams, ensuring the correct process is being followed from start to finish.
  • Act as a creative authority on the social media ecosystem for our clients teams by staying on top of best practices, trends, and industry updates.
  • Manage product tagging with product feeds and tracked link generation.
  • Work with social monitoring, social listening and community tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Stay current on social media and interactive marketing trends and educate agency teams about the social media industry & trends—including influencer/blogger space.
  • Produce same day video edits, photography and graphics.
  • Be WILDLY creative and fun to work with.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant social media and/or community management experience at an agency or for a well known, socially active brand.
  • Strong knowledge of the social media industry & trends across all major networks: Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • Expert level skills and experience with Adobe creative suite applications (i.e. Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening information.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong writer, communicator and editor with a keen attention to detail.
  • Energetic, creative, positive, upbeat and fun personality.

Accountability

  • THIS IS A PREDOMINATELY A “WORK FROM THE OFFICE” JOB. While we currently offer “Work from Home Wednesdays”, this job requires that you work in our Nashville office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
