We are currently seeking a creative, talented, self-starting Social Media Account Manager to join our team and manage our Social Accounts. This position will require significant communication efforts from within the team and external stakeholders. Experience with content writing and pre-sales is a major plus. The ability to effectively relay information via social media posts, presentations, Webex, or other mediums is extremely important, and clear, concise communication is a must.
Responsibilities:
You will provide our company with your expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, Public Relations as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms. You will create and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Experience/Skills:
· Successful track record with business Social Media functions
· Advanced social engagement strategy abilities
· Experience with LinkedIn, Social, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Digital Ad based, Web, E-commerce
· Familiarity with web design
· Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results
· Establishing brand awareness
· Strong and consistent communication skills
· Creativity to Think outside the box
· Knowledge of social media management tool
· Understanding of analytics and reporting
· Community building and relationship building
· Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Requirements:

· 2 years of proven Social Media experience
