Job Description:

That Assistant, Content Strategy will be responsible for assisting in the management of content strategies across Polo. The Assistant will be responsible for defining and creating the necessary tools to aggregate the content plans and calendar. They should have a curious intellect, strong attention to detail and be passionate about the Ralph Lauren brand. This person will have a strong understanding of content trends, platforms and audience segments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of content marketing strategies targeted at driving audience acquisition and engagement, and building brand awareness.
  • Assist in delivering innovative, brand elevating content to support key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
  • Assist in defining the content types to support seasonal, product storytelling and marketing campaigns needed to create original content that supports RL's financial, brand and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with partners on the global & regional execution of merchandising, branding and marketing initiatives across all web stores, delivering innovative, marketing-leading and customer friendly experiences such as AR or digital third-party technology partnerships.
  • Monitor and report out performance trends with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in content and digital marketing
