Job Purpose: Responsible for receiving in and ensuring all jewelry samples are placed in the proper locations as well as pulling samples orders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Tags new products and merchandises.
• Updates the sample purchase orders with invoice information.
• Receives new samples into sample box.
• Receives, separates and displays samples.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Sample Room at all times.
• Pulls samples for sales as needed.
• Sets up showroom with samples for market
• Creates Sales Presentations & Market Books.
• Coordinates with In-house photography to prep for market.
• Packs and ships rep samples and samples for tradeshows.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external company contacts.

3. Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
