Bridgestone HosePower, LLC a leading distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products for over 39 years. Due to current, as well as projected growth, HosePower is looking for a business minded, team and action oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving, including both material handling and administrative duties
• Utilize computer system to ship, check order status, scan orders
• Inspect, count, sort, package and ship goods from our facility to other branch locations
• Inspect all items or orders against issued sales order
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Validate daily paperwork for accuracy, research and correct errors, as needed
• Light warehouse duties, as required

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new systems and software
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field strongly preferred
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and use work time efficiently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Attentive to detail and inspection of products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
