As a Senior Social Media Ad Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by crafting impactful social media advertising campaigns, with a clear objective of reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL) across assigned regions. You will report directly to our Social Media Manager and work closely with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams, while supervising a team of Social Media Ad Specialists.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Strategize and lead the execution of tailored social media ad campaigns that are focused on driving down CPL for specific branches
· Collaborate with the team to ensure that social media ad strategies for each region are meticulously planned and executed to meet or surpass marketing CPL targets
· Involve the team in developing customer personas and mapping out customer journeys
· Ensure that ad content is seamlessly connected with landing pages, sharing best practices with the team for maintaining a cohesive user experience to support conversion rate optimization
· Work with specialists to implement changes and conduct tests based on a regular interval for social media ad campaigns, aiming to improve conversion rates and CPL for each assigned region
· Conduct competitive research and assist other team members in making campaign adjustments to improve ad quality and click through rate
What It Takes to Succeed

· 3-5 years of experience in managing social media ad campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook and TikTok
· Proven experience creating, executing, and optimizing social media ad strategies to mees and exceed performance targets
· Proficiency in using social media analytics and multi-channel tracking platforms
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and collaborating with a team of Social Media Ad Specialists
· Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions to improve social media ad campaigns
· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media ad trends, digital marketing techniques, and competitive landscape
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field- preferred
