Position: Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission of net profit + weekly base + performance-based bonuses

Position Description:
Join our team to convert pre-qualified leads into contracts. Your role includes phone communication, relationship-building, understanding seller needs, negotiating with home owners, and closing deals.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must have a laptop to work off of
• Able to type efficiently
• Willingness to learn new apps and programs
• Real estate investment industry experience is a must have
• Able to provide professional references
• Confident phone communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work in our Lakeview office 5 days per week + weekends when required
• Must have the discipline to be on the phones for 8+ hours per day

Who We Are Looking For:
We need A+ talent for this role. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, a quick learner, confident on the phones, knows how to understand sellers needs, and matching those needs with an offer that solves their problem.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with sellers
• Screen incoming leads
• Set appointments for property walkthroughs
• Coordinate with research and administrative teams
• Make outgoing calls to existing and new leads
• Track and report all metrics
• Build a robust lead pipeline
• Record information in our online system
• Follow up with clientele
