About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager II to lead multiple data and analytics initiatives from start to finish. This is a traditional, non-technical project management role that centers on project execution, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight—not hands-on development.

You’ll be managing 1–4 concurrent projects and coordinating across IT and business teams to deliver outcomes efficiently and on time. Although the projects are data-focused, you won’t be responsible for technical implementation, but instead will ensure everything stays aligned—from planning and financials to cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and manage project timelines, sprint schedules, and milestone tracking
2. Lead Agile ceremonies: daily standups, retrospectives, PI planning
3. Use Azure DevOps Boards to coordinate work, manage backlogs, and track velocity
4. Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals against baselines; flag variances and risks
5. Communicate progress and blockers across IT, vendors, and business leaders
6. Monitor RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive resolutions
7. Maintain project documentation and status reports via SharePoint, Excel, and MS Project
8. Provide light Agile coaching to support a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment

Who You Are

1. 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software or data-focused environments
2. Expert in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
3. Proficient with Azure DevOps Boards, Microsoft Project, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
4. Strong communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
5. Skilled at financial tracking and project performance reporting
6. Bonus if you’ve worked on data and analytics initiatives, MDM, or enterprise platforms
7. Experience with Clarity PPM, ServiceNow, or Mural is a plus
